  • We are an event that celebrates the different flavours of craft drinks and crusts from around the world. Join us and indulge in a variety of over 25 craft beers, gins, and cocktails while listening to live music from local bands. Get your fix of flavors from around the world with a variety of pies, pizzas, and street food.

  • We are a nationally touring event so we go as far north as Aberdeen and as far south as the Isle of Wight! - If you think you have a venue or city we should visit then email us - info@craftandcrust.co.uk

Ticket & Entry Information

  • Tickets are mainly available on our website (you are on it, just click on your city!) and also via Ticket Tailor. We may also host tickets on some other sites such as See Tickets or Fatsoma.

  • All of our tickets are hosted on Ticket tailor or See Tickets.

    All ticket companies add a booking fee and unfortunately, we do not have control of those.

  • We have a no re-entry policy at all events. This means that once you leave you can not re-enter the event.

    If you are coming to one of our indoor shows last entry will be 2 hours after the start time of your session.

  • The cost of admission is the fee for Entry, this helps us cover costs such as – hire charges for the venues, lighting, set up, and musical entertainment. There are also cleaning, insurance, security, and administrative costs.

  • Booking fees are not something we are in control of, the ticket partners add ticket fees and are their fees for processing the tickets.

  • The last admission is two hours before the Session ends.

  • Most of our sessions sell out and there is no guarantee tickets will be available on the day for any sessions. You are strongly advised to purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • Sorry – no. Our policy is no refunds of ticket purchased in advance. However, if you have bought a ticket that you then find you can’t use, you can transfer it to a friend.

    Please note that if you have a promotional discount code these will only be available for a short amount of time. You must also use these codes at the “Your Details” section of the buying process. Unfortunately these codes can not be entered retrospectively.

    Not entering a discount code at time of purchase is not grounds for a refund on tickets unfortunately.

  • Craft & Crust Festivals are hosted at both inside venues.

  • Craft & Crust festivals indoors will be 18+ only events.

    ID Will be required by all, even if you are lucky enough to look under 25.

  • Unfortunately not, no matter how nice fido is you can not bring your dog/cat/budgie or pet giraffe.

    If you have a guide dog or support dog, please contact us and we can then make sure everyone at the event is aware and can make provisions if required.

  • Unfortunately not.

  • At the current time, we do not have camping available at our events, if this changes it will be dependent on each event.

FOOD & DRINKS INFORMATION

  • All drinks can only be purchased over the bar by card only, we do not accept cash.

  • All events are cashless so this means we will accept card payments only.

  • All food vendors will be cashless also, so card or contactless only.

  • We will have a great range of craft beers, gins, and cocktails. You can see some of the previous drinks we have stocked here. We will also have a bar that will host many different spirits such as Gin, Rum, Vodka and also some Prosecco! Plus also some beers for those who would like that instead.

  • No, we do not allow this. We have some amazing food and drink on offer so we do not allow you to bring your own food.

    If you wish to bring some water that is not a problem, please make sure the bottle is sealed.
